Creators in Rally are an assigned role which allows the person to create and manage existing content in your workspace. Teammates do not need a Creator license to view content, unless they want to make their versions.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you are not ready to subscribe after your trial, your workspace will automatically downgrade to a free plan for evaluation. No data is lost, but there are some additional limitations. When on the free plan, stories can be up to 6 minutes and a limit of 10 stories can be active at a time. Stories expire after 30 days with no updates.

Viewers are teammates who can watch content within your workspace, and do not count towards billable users. There is no limit to the number of viewers you can invite to your account. If you want to share specific content with customers or other external parties, you can create a shareable link instead of inviting them to your entire workspace. You do not need a license to view content.
